If that doesn't work, please open a support ticket with the name of your course and the approximate date you purchased the course. Also, if the course was purchased under a name different than your own (i.e. not your own credit card), please let us know the credit card holders name. A ticket can be opened by clicking the Tickets button at the top of the page
